Hinckston Run Falls is a man-made waterfall located just north of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, along Waterfall Drive. Formed in 1904 during the construction of the Hinckston Run Reservoir, the waterfall was created by redirecting the stream over a 60-foot cliff, resulting in a cascade that appears natural due to the surrounding landscape. The falls are easily viewable from the roadside; however, the adjacent land is private property, so visitors should remain on the road to avoid trespassing.
